Refund policy
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only items that are unopened are eligible for a full refund with the customer covering shipping. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item's packaging has been opened, a 20% restocking fee is applicable. It is up to the discretion of The Radiant Heater Store to decide whether an opened item qualifies for a refund.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WARRANTY:
The Radiant Heater Store warrants the following models: 632c, 645c, 1445c, 945c, 527, 545, 1445cl, 632cl, 645cl, 945cl, 1624cl against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
The Radiant Heater Store warrants the following models: 1624P, 1624P-SS, the HONEYWELL T410B1004 against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
The Radiant Heater Store warrants the following models: LUX PSP300, LUX PSPLV512 against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only for normal use of the product, and shall not be effective for products or parts which do not function properly due to misuse, alteration, installation, accident, negligence, misapplication, modification, improper installation (including improper operating voltage) or maintenance, or if any product or part has been serviced or repaired by other than The Radiant Heater Store. This warranty extends only to the end user or consumer and does not extend to retailers.
This warranty is effective only if the product is operated in the country for which it was manufactured and into which it was sold and purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this warranty. Liability of The Radiant Heater Store shall be limited to repair or replacement of any defective product or part that has been returned to the The Radiant Heater Store for evaluation, which option shall be the sole decision of The Radiant Heater Store. This warranty is effective only on behalf of the original owner of the product and is not transferable. This warranty is effective only if the user manual instructions have been followed.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE RADIANT HEATER STORE WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. THE RADIANT HEATER STORE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, THE RADIANT HEATER STORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS IN LIEU OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
